Dosage: Oral intake of 2 x 500mg Omegia™ sea buckthorn oil per day for 3 months

Omegia™ may improve vaginal dryness and itching*
Design: Randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial was conducted in 116 women of 55 - 75 years old
Dosage: Oral intake of 6 x 500mg sea buckthorn oil or placebo (fractionated palm and coconut oil) per day for 3 months
Result: Significant improvement in vaginal dryness and health:
11% more subjects felt improvement in vaginal hydration than the placebo group
8% more increase in Vaginal Health Index than the placebo group

Rosa damascena (Damask Rose) and Menopausal Comfort
The rose oil contains more than 345 macro and micro components.
Rosa damascena, used as a standardized extract or essential oil, has been studied in clinical research related to women’s health. Available evidence suggests potential support for overall well-being during menopause, particularly in areas such as emotional comfort, relaxation, and quality of life.
Clinical studies using oral extracts have also reported improvements in aspects of sexual well-being in postmenopausal women.
Rosa damascena is not considered a substitute for hormone therapy, but rather a botanical ingredient that may contribute to overall menopausal comfort within a broader wellness approach.
